The Burj Al Arab closed for restoration in April 2026 and is expected to reopen in late 2027, and the Armani Hotel Dubai is also closed for renovation, so we've left them off this list for now.
Palm Jumeirah
Atlantis The Royal opened on the Palm Jumeirah in 2023 and is one of the most spectacular hotels in the world, with its stacked, sculptural tower and a sky pool high above the sea.
Many of its suites have their own private pools, and the resort has a huge line-up of celebrity-chef restaurants.
Madinat Jumeirah · Umm Suqeim
Al Qasr is the palace hotel of Madinat Jumeirah, a resort built to look like a traditional Arabian town, with winding waterways and gardens.
Traditional abra boats carry guests around the resort, there's a long private beach, and the views look across to the famous sail of the Burj Al Arab.
Jumeira Bay island
The Bvlgari Resort sits on the private Jumeira Bay island, just off the Jumeirah coast, with its own marina and elegant Italian design.
It's calm, exclusive and beautifully designed, with a private beach, a spa and the Dubai skyline across the water.
Tip of the Palm Jumeirah
Atlantis, The Palm opened in 2008 at the very tip of the Palm Jumeirah and is still Dubai's ultimate family resort.
Guests get access to the Aquaventure waterpark and the Lost Chambers Aquarium, and there's a long private beach.
Good to know: a few of the resort's restaurants are temporarily closed for upgrades in 2026, so check what's open for your dates.

Jumeirah Beach Road · Jumeirah
This low-rise beach resort sits right on the sand along Jumeirah, with Mediterranean-style architecture, gardens and several pools.
It's close to the city but feels like a proper beach holiday, with the Burj Khalifa and Downtown a short drive away.
Al Sufouh · near Dubai Marina
One&Only Royal Mirage is a Moorish-style resort set in landscaped gardens along a long private beach.
It's one of Dubai's most peaceful resorts, with courtyards, fountains and palm-shaded pools, yet Dubai Marina is just next door.
